
When you move, you will meet new people.
There might be new staff to get to know.
You might be living with new people who you do not know.
Some people find this hard.
It can be helpful to put together a book about yourself which you can share with people who you choose. This is useful to share information about yourself with others.

You might be living with new people you have not met before.
You might call these people ‘housemates’ or ‘other tenants’.
You can try doing things together as a house. Maybe you could watch a film together with some popcorn.
Or have a takeaway together.
Or go for a walk in the local area. If they have lived there for a while, they can help you learn about your new area.

You can fill them out with all the important information about you so that staff can get to know you.
